Privacy policy

Information we process

We use your Apple user identifier and authorized email/name to manage your account. We store persona names, abstract preferences, optional material, scenario answers and conversations that you submit, and an avatar photo if you choose to upload one (shown only in your own app, never on the public share page, and removable at any time), plus limited access and error records needed to operate the service. Do not provide precise personal identifiers, medical records or unrelated information about other people. We do not use advertising tracking or sell personal data.

AI and cloud providers

With your explicit permission, we send your submissions and relevant conversation or preference context to DeepSeek for replies, analysis and privacy/output review. Content rejected for storage may already have been sent for model review if local checks did not reject it. Alibaba Cloud provides servers and storage, and Apple provides sign-in. This is not an entirely on-device service.

See the AI provider privacy policy and Alibaba Cloud terms. Providers may process data in their service regions. Account deletion does not imply immediate deletion of records independently retained by a provider under applicable obligations; we do not promise unverified zero retention.

Sharing and visitors

Only an enabled sharing link exposes your public avatar, alias and bio. Visitor AI chat uses that public information, the visitor conversation, and a summary of how you speak and lean that is derived from your training (for example sentence length, directness, or leaning rational versus emotional) so the shared persona sounds like you. It is not given your basic information, specific experiences, original wording, questionnaire answers or conversations. Visitors must also consent before AI processing. The owner sees an unverified nickname, times and interaction counts, not message content. Rotating or disabling a link invalidates old visitor sessions. Owners and visitors may stop individual sessions; anonymous visitors cannot reliably be identified across browsers.

Reports retain a reason category and target identifiers. To handle a report, authorized administrators see only the single reported AI reply, or the current public alias and bio for a whole-share report. They do not receive other conversation content or the owner's private material through the report queue. Administrators may disable abusive sharing.

Your choices and deletion

You may decline or withdraw AI consent in Settings. This prevents new AI requests and disables your sharing links, while account management and deletion remain available. Processing already started cannot be undone.

Account deletion requires fresh Apple verification. The service revokes Apple authorization and deletes your online account, personas, training data, conversations, visitor records and credentials. Failure is shown clearly. Deletion is irreversible; signing in again creates an empty account. A minimal receipt containing only a random account identifier and deletion time is kept to prevent deleted data from reappearing after backup recovery.

Recovery backups are retained for at most 7 days and then removed. They are not used for normal service. Deletion receipts must be reapplied before restoring access to a recovered database. Minimal receipts are used only to carry out deletion and prevent recovery of deleted data, and contain no account content.

Signing out only clears device credentials. Account holders and visitors may request access, correction or deletion by email; we verify control of the relevant records.

Children and contact

This is not a child-directed app. Minors should use it with a guardian, obtaining guardian permission where required. Material changes to recipients or purposes require renewed permission. Provider: Jiang Ke. Privacy and support: jiangke1207@icloud.com.
